CHUTORO - Bluefin Tuna Cut

 CHUTORO is the medium fatty area of the tuna. This part is usually found near the skin on the backside and between the AKAMI and OTORO on the belly side. In CHUTORO, you can feel the combination of the lighter, but the deep, meaty taste of an AKAMI and the sweet and rich tenderness of an OTORO.  This item is farm-raised, due to its size, tuna is shipped frozen from overseas and it is delivered thawing. Please refrigerate upon receiving and enjoy it as soon as possible for the best color and flavor.
